Here's the reality. Some days Mommas just don't have a whole lot of time to get a full workout in. Here's a quick arm workout that you only need a set of weights for. In this video I used 8 pound weights. Don't stop keep moving!! Add this on to a cardio day or do it when you are extremely pressed for time.
