I remember what I had to do before to get fit and comfortable in my own skin and there is NO way I could fit that into my life right now!

I'm so busy trying to build my business, how will I fit in living a healthy lifestyle with the demands of the day?

I know how you feel. 

It's so easy to get lost in caring for our kiddos or building our business that at the end of the day, our needs are at the bottom of the list. 

But the truth is, sister.  You CANNOT afford to put your wellness on the back burner anymore. 

Let's get serious for a moment.  Being a mom is tough. Being an entrepreneur is hard.  Feeling awful in our skin is even more difficult.  When we put ourselves on the back burner, it's easier to be short with our children, not want to partake in all of the activities, feel down or depressed, get anxious, and plain old overwhelmed in the day to day

I know, I know. But you're asking me to take more time away from my children or my business.  I'm all ready short on time!

Think about it for a minute.  Your family, your business can't afford for you to not take care of yourself. Trust me on this one. I want you to close your eyes and imagine what it would feel like to have energy all day, to put on your clothes and feel confident, to not have your thoughts constantly going towards food and what you are going to eat and to not feel bloated anymore.  Imagine what you would be capable of then!!!!! 

I know.  I was there. 

When we aren't taking care of ourselves on a regular basis, it's so easy to go into complete overwhelm, and spiral into "I just can't do this anymore."  Throw in the towel, and start eating foods that don't serve us. 

We have people that need us.  We deserve to feel our best!

We have people that are counting on us.

If you are a mother, it is our job to be their role model. Children learn by watching. 

Whether we like it or not, they are learning by watching how we live, how we react, how we respond to others, how we eat, how we take care of ourselves. 

We are going to find time in our day to take care of ourselves, and in return, we will show up as the women that we want to. 

Nourishing our bodies with the proper nutrition, moving our body, and taking care of our mind will do so much for ourselves as humans, which will in turn affect all of those around us. 

Sister, when we take care of ourselves, we show up as better moms, better entrepreneurs, better friends, better wives!!!! We are more patient.  We feel good!  We have energy!  We are ready to tackle our day!  We are less stressed!

Do I need to have a gym membership?

No!  You will be able to do all of the workouts at home with minimal equipment.

Do I have to be a certain fitness level to join?

No!  We welcome all levels!

Do I need to live close by?

No!  You can live anywhere as long as you have internet access!

Do you offer a refund?

There aren't refunds available as you get full access to all of the information as soon as you join.

What if I can't attend the live workouts at that time?

The workout will be recorded so you can watch the replay and do it at a time that works best for your schedule!
