Thai Lettuce Wraps

This recipe has been in our household for a while, and over the years I've tweaked and perfected it so it is just to our taste.  I have brought this to many parties as an appetizer, and I have cooked it for dinner.  It's gluten free and dairy free and you can definitely switch out the peanuts for almonds and the peanut butter for almond butter.  This is definitely one of our go to's for easy dinner recipes!!  Let me know what you think in the comments below!!!
