So I shared this workout the other day on social media with this post:

I used to workout one or two body parts a day until I had kids. I needed to be more efficient with my time. Splitting weights and cardio was no longer an option. Combining them and being completely done with my workout in about 40 minutes is a life saver!


I wanted to go into a little more detail here as it seemed that a lot of you had questions. 

Ever since becoming a mom, time seems to always be a battle.

I'm always looking at ways to save time or to make my time more worth while.  My workouts are now 3 days a week.  I workout for 30-40 minutes those three days and then I'm done.  I do 2 other days of cardio--typically one run outside, and another HIIT type cardio.  But I'll be the first to admit sometimes I only get those 3 workouts.  Life gets in the way. 

These 3 workouts are not easy.  They are killer.  I'm a sweaty mess afterwards.
