I’m super excited to be sharing something I am working on. This project has been on my heart for quite some time. While I can’t share all of the details, I could use some of your help in the process.

Bedtime is one of the most important times to be with our children. It is when conversations can come up and children seem to talk more. It doesn’t happen every night but there are times when they open up and ask questions that have been on their mind for a while, or thoughts that have been festering. Sometimes they just blurt it out and other times a book we read will spark the conversation or we as parents can ask open ended questions to tap into their little minds.

I know you want your child to trust you with anything that is on their hearts. You want them to come to you with whatever is on their mind or bothering them. In all the books I have read about parenting, giving the space for them to talk and feel safe is key to fostering a relationship where they come to you.

So my question to you is are there certain topics that you like to bring up with your children?

Do you have set questions you ask them?

Are there specific books you read that you feel gives them comfort?

Do you go through a gratitude list with them?

Thank you so much for sharing! I cannot wait to share this project with you!

Sending so much love!

PS Please share this with any parents that you know that might have some input! The more the better!!!!!
