What matters most.

Finding happiness and joy in everyday life is my main mission in life, and if I’m being completely honest here, it does not come easy for me. Here’s what I know:

When we figure out what AND who is the most important to us in our life, GO OUT OF YOUR WAY TO MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PEOPLE ON THIS EARTH.

This might sound like common sense, but it’s easy to forget or let it slip away with the consumptions of life. The day to day stuff that is all on our plates is getting to be more and more. The simple shopping no longer exists. There is endless choices and websites to choose over and sites to research before we purchase or plan anything. That stuff consumes our brains. Decision making consumes our brain. Not making a decision consumes our brain.

It’s simple. Make the decision and cut off your research to save time.

Make time to show the people you love and care about the most how much they really mean to you. It doesn’t have to be gifts, it can be time. Whatever it is, promise me, when you are done reading this that you will make that special breakfast date with your dad, that you will send a text telling the person that has been on your mind how much you care about them, that you will go see your mother on her birthday even if it isn’t convenient for your family on the actual night or you just celebrated it another night. GO! Do it! Your heart will be filled with so much joy and you will be showing your special people just how special they are to you.

Sending so much LOVE,

Rachel Ibbison

P.S. Overwhelmed and can’t find the time to do anything? Check out what I did that completely revamped this for me!
