Many of you have asked about the picture I recently posted on Intstagram of a batch of bone I made. It's easy, and the benefits are outstanding. Here are some of the benefits that I have found, and why I use bone broth:

- fights infections such as the cold or flu
- promotes healthy skin, hair, and nails
- helps overcome food intolerances
- reduce the appearance of cellulite
- improves joint health
- aides in detoxing the liver
- promotes better sleep habits
Bone broth is loaded with amino acids, and minerals that will aide your body in feeling it's best. My doctor, Dr. Kendra Becker, recommends drinking an actual cup of it during the winter months and adding it to meals during the other seasons.
