It's so easy to get lost in caring for our kiddos, that at the end of the day, our needs are at the bottom of the list.
Let's get serious for a moment. Being a mom is tough. Being a mom and feeling like crude is even more difficult. When we put ourselves on the back burner, it's easier to be short with them, not want to partake in all of the activities, feel down or depressed, get anxious, and plain old overwhelmed.
I know. I was there.
When we aren't taking care of ourselves on a regular basis, it's so easy to go into complete overwhelm, and spiral into "I just can't do this anymore."
We are moms now.
We have these beautiful beings to do anything and everything to keep them safe, loved, and protected.
It is also our job to be their role model. Children learn by watching.
Whether we like it or not, they are learning by watching how we live, how we react, how we respond to others, how we eat, how we take care of ourselves.
We aren't going to put ourselves first in front of our children, but we are going to find time in our day to take care of ourselves, and in return, we will show up as the moms that we want to.
Nourishing our bodies with the proper nutrition, moving our body, and taking care of our mind will do so much for ourselves as humans. But I have news for you.
When we take care of ourselves, we show up as better moms! We are more patient. We feel good! We have energy! We are ready to tackle our day! We are less stressed!

Do I need to have a gym membership?
No! You will be able to do all of the workouts at home with minimal equipment.
Do I have to be a certain fitness level to join?
No! We welcome all levels!
Do I need to live close by?
No! You can live anywhere as long as you have internet access!
How often does Rachel interact with the group?
Daily! I'll be popping in through out the day to answer any questions, share tips, and motivate you to keep going!
Do you offer a refund?
There aren't refunds available as you get full access to all of the information as soon as you join. We do have a 7 day cancellation notice. If you wish to dis-continue your membership. Email us 7 days prior to the first of the month.
Do I have to buy a shake to be a part of this program?
No! I personally use Isagenix shakes, but by no means do you have use these in order to enroll in the program!
